I like what I like, and I like the boom bap."
I like lyrics, that's what I like.
Anyway, the winter ball/formal/dance (My dad: A dance? I thought it was a formal. Me: It's a formal dance.) is coming up. I actually don't know when, but it's closer than it was yesterday. I'm excited, but nervous. You'd be nervous too, if you had to learn how to dance in heels. This is my first pair of heels, and they're pretty, but I hate walking in them. Maybe it's just cause I have no balance. Apparently ballroom dancing has been outlawed, because a someone's mom said it had to much contact. Come on, we're not going to be doing the tango. Or that other one that I forgot the name of.
I watched the movie "Strictly Ballroom" at my friend's birthday party. It's interesting, the dance will be Strictly No Ballroom. I thought it was funny.
I can't dance. I had like 30 minutes of instruction in Colonial dancing when I was like eight, and I took a few months of hip-hop recently ( that doesn't necessarily mean I can do that, either). And I don't have any idea what kind of dancing we will be doing anyway. Alexa said it will probably be some obscure kind of group dancing.
I really want guitar lessons. Really bad. But it's not January yet. I can't have lessons until January. Why? I could make it work. It's not like I'm going to have less stuff to do then.
I have to work again tonight. I worked last night. It was just Asia, Jason and me. Asia's fun to work with and Jason ignores me, so it went well. And we had ice cream. That's always a bonus.
I saw Eragon on Monday with Becca and Lauren. It was fun, the movie didn't follow the book as well as we would have liked, but Lauren was more put out because Murtagh didn't rip off his shirt in a fit of anger. Lauren: "Oh come on, Eragon gets to take his shirt off, but Murtagh doesn't?" I think Murtagh's her new Speed. And then she started laughing in what was suposed to be a sad moment. It was funny, though. Eragon: I need you! Brom: No, Eragon, I need you. *dies*

What, you mean to teach us to dance?
*nods excitedly*
That would be cool. But that means you can't do your "white person dance."
let them TRY and stop me.
Oh, they won't stop you. They'll just stand there and stare.
YES, party on, my white brothas!
